Owner Services
A market study will be conducted based on your property’s features and location to determine the most effective rental strategy.
Owners may stay in their property at no cost when it’s not booked, covering only the cleaning fee.
Use is limited to 2 weeks during high season (December 15 to March 15).
Marketing & Promotion
We manage property promotion across rental platforms, direct marketing to agents and end clients, and social media advertising—all with the goal of maximizing occupancy.
Fees
20% of the total rental income

Concierge Services
One of the most common complaints among Airbnb guests in the area is the lack of access to additional services—especially when language becomes a barrier. Many guests don’t speak Spanish, and building staff often don’t speak English, making it difficult to get the help they need.
That’s why we offer a full-service Concierge Program that goes far beyond tours and transportation. We coordinate everything from beauty services and in-home massages to medical appointments and personalized experiences tailored to each guest’s preferences and needs.
